One Year Wiser – An Illustrated Guide to Mindfulness was the first mindfulness book I’ve ever bought. It was the absolute perfect start to my journey in mindfulness. It was simple and attractive to read, Mike’s illustrations are truly beautiful and keep your eyes moving from page to page. I read the entire book in one sitting, and I will read it again when I need to come back to the basics of mindfulness.
