Thrilled to announce the fourth book in my One Year Wiser series! As you can see from the cover, this book is an illustrated guide to the life transforming practice of mindfulness.
What makes this book extra special to me is that, for the first time in the series, I will be writing the whole book and illustrating it. The first two One Year Wiser books contained illustrated quotes that were taken from a range of great writers and thinkers through out history. Then in the third book, One Year Wiser: A Gratitude Journal, I had inspirational quotes but also wrote 52 small meditations of my own to help the owner of the journal inspire their writing.
But with this new book I have written all 24 chapters!! The chapters are on a range of different topics connected to mindfulness including meditation, gratitude, love, valuing oneself and compassion.
