I am so happy to finally be able to share with you all images from my next book!! Next in the One Year Wiser series is a gratitude journal. Gratitude is a wonderful way to remind ourselves of the bounty of our lives. It is a way to turn all our experiences, good or bad, into reminders of how precious our limited time in this life is.

The gratitude journal will consist of 365 sections for writing down all the things we are grateful for in a day. You can simply use the book to write three things everyday or else use it talk in depth about one thing or to sit and list everything you see around you and how you are grateful for it.
Below is a sample spread from the book. Every week there is a gratitude guide and every page has illustrated borders that can be used to practice mindful colouring. Dotted throughout the book are quotes on gratitude and other inspirational ideas.
Finally, there are 12 new One Year Wiser style illustrations in the book that can also be meditated on and mindfully coloured!!
